  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Order Modifications & Cancellations We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our global fulfillment centers. While we will do our best to accommodate change requests, cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for the best chance of modification.

    2. Shipping & Delivery Delivery estimates typically range from 07 to 15 business days. Please note that these are estimates. Puffination is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or local postal service disruptions. An order is not considered "lost" until 30 business days have passed without a tracking update.

    3. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right. Customers must report damage within 3 business days of the delivery date shown on the tracking record. To process a replacement or refund, we require:

    • Clear photos/video of the damage.

    • A photo of the shipping label on the original packaging.

    4. Returns & Friendly Fraud Due to the nature of our products and international logistics, we do not accept "change of mind" returns once an item has been delivered.
